We recommend that you expand your O365 Inbox and collapse your Zimbra Inbox. In the folders pane, you will have an O365 Inbox at the top and your Zimbra Inbox below.

When you reopen Outlook, the program will take several minutes to open for first time use.

Close E-mail Accounts box and close Outlook application.

Select Finish button and you will be prompted to restart Outlook.

A Congratulations message should appear and all setup options should have a green check (if not, contact helpdesk).

Check box beside Do Not Show again and click OK.

A prompt may appear for Autodiscover (.

Outlook will then automatically configure your settings since you have an O365 account via your JLab account.

Fill in Your Name, E-mail Address ( and your Password.

Keep the E-mail Account radio button selected.

Any other email clients will be self-supported, however, we will do our best to assist with self-supported applications as time permits. IMPORTANT: The IT Division is actively supporting the Outlook web application.
